Sincere thanks to the PURE Business Group after a very WET but very successful Golf Day!
VSF would like to thank everyone who attended the PURE Business Group Charity Golf Day at the lovely Huyton & Prescot Golf Club last Friday. Biblical weather conditions curtailed the event to a 9 hole competition but that didn’t dampen the spirits of everyone who took part. Even though the rain was horrendous, it took thunder and lightning to finally get the players of the course safely!
At the evening BBQ, the funds raised reached a fantastic £1200 which was very kindly doubled by the Pure Business Group CEO Phil Hodgkinson to give us an amazing total of £2,400.
Once again, we would like to thank everyone who attended and also the people who gave up their time to organise the event.
