On Wednesday 2nd December 2015 the VSF are delighted to announce that Kendal Bradshaw will be performing at our Charity Dinner at This is Livin Bar & Grill in Crosby.
Born in Liverpool, Kendal was a member of The Liverpool Philharmonic Youth Choir and several choirs and theatre companies between the ages of 8 and 18. She has performed both a soloist and as part of ensembles many times at The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Hall and has won music competitions affiliated to the British & International Federation of Festivals for Music, Speech & Drama.
Kendal holds a Bachelor of Music, (BMus Hons), in Vocal and Operatic Studies from the prestigious Birmingham Conservatoire. Kendal studied with the acclaimed British Soprano Anne Dawson as well as having had regular coaching with Robin Bowman, Simon Nichols and Philip White, all of whom have had flourishing careers within the Music Industry. In her time as a student at The Conservatoire, Kendal was a member of The CBSO Chorus for 2 years, performing with world renowned conductors Andros Nelsons, Ed Gardner and Mariss Jansons as well as esteemed singers Christine Rice, Sarah Connolly, Toby Spence and Bryn Terfel.
Her Musical theatre roles have included ‘Mrs Anderssen’ in Sondheim’s ‘A Little Night Music’, and ‘Maria’ in ‘West Side Story’. Kendal sang at the Albert Dock at the Cunard 175th anniversary, and was part of the Annual BBC Proms at the Royal Albert Hall in 2015 appearing with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra.
