What a fantastic year of fundraising Paymentshield have had!
If there is an award for fundraising then it should surely go to everyone at Paymentshield, Southport – they simply are the best!
They chose us to be their Charity of the Year in March this year and have raised well in excess of £5000! The final figure will be revealed in our newsletter at the end of this month.
Not only have they raised a phenomenal amount of money, they have all really got behind VSF and what we do. They have raised awareness of the need to be heart-screened and have contributed towards funding screening days.
Since my last post about the fundraising activities this lot have been up to, they have been very busy!
They had:
Dress down days in August, September, October and November
Guess how many balloons in a Fiat 500 car competition
A car wash run by the executives
Cake sale
Yoga session after work
Race Night
Christmas Fair
One extremely generous person, Andy Fowler, donated his £200 5 year service award money. What a kind thing to do! Thank you very much Andy!
We really cannot thank everyone who has got involved in any way at Paymentshield enough – we really value the relationship we have with all of you.
