Stacey Fielding and a group of her fantastic friends scaled Snowden in memory of Chris Tansey
Stacey Fielding’s beloved boyfriend, Chris Tansey, passed away in June last year due to an undiagnosed heart condition. She wanted to spend the anniversary of his passing doing something positive, something that will make a difference to other young people. Boy did she and her friends do that!
Stacey, Kate, Lyndsay, Sue, Holly, Laura, Emma, Coralee and Jade all spent Saturday 4th June trekking up Snowden in order to raise money for us and to do something positive. It was expected to be an emotional time for them all but proved to cement the great bond Stacey and all these girls have as they shared great memories of Chris, as well as giving them all a great sense of positivity and strength.
Stacey and the girls have raised a staggering £5,000! This money will pay for a FREE heart screening in the South Liverpool area in very early 2017 and will be dedicated to the memory of Chris Tansey.
