Friends and family of Chris Tansey take part in their annual charity golf day in his memory.
On Saturday 1st October 36 of Chris’ close friends and family took part in the annual “Chris Tansey Trophy Golf Day” held at Kirkby GC to keep his memory alive and raise funds for us.
A really great day was had by everyone involved with Joe Walsh winning the Longest Drive competition!
Prizes were given out at The Pioneer Bar where almost 100 people came along to support the event. A fantastic £1162.05 was raised overall – what a brilliant achievement!
A huge thank you goes to all the organisers of the event for choosing our charity to donate funds to and to everyone who donated in any way. We’re sure Chris will be filled with great pride on what you are doing in his memory.
