Laurence, one of our trustees, went along to a shooting day at Ribble Bank Field Sports Shooting Club and had a great time!
At last year’s VSF Charity Golf Day at Formby Hall Golf Resort, Hotel and Spa, our very own trustee, Laurence Sullivan, successfully bid on a fantastic auction prize of a day’s clay pigeon shooting at The Ribble Bank Field Sports Shooting Club in Hesketh Bank, Tarleton. This prize was very generously donated by our supporters Longthorne Gunmakers, who have chosen to raise funds for VSF.
Laurence, a retired North West Ambulance Service paramedic, chose to take along some of his fellow paramedic friends – Paul, Andy and Lee – and everyone had a great day! It was an extremely enjoyable experience indeed!
Laurence would like to thank Sam and Lisa at Ribble Bank and John the instructor for everything they did to make the day a great success. He, along with everyone at VSF, would also like to thank Jim and Elaine from Longthorne Gunmakers for their generosity in choosing to raise funds for us and for providing this fantastic auction prize at our charity event.
