Tony Bennett, VSF trustee, is reluctantly stepping down from his role.
Everyone at VSF wants to say a huge “Thank You” to Tony Bennett, a trustee of ours since 2014, for all the great effort and commitment he has given to his role. He actually got involved with VSF a few years before that, as he was one of the physiologists who performed the ECGs and Echocardiograms at our screening days. He became very passionate about what we do and decided to become a Trustee.
He is stepping down from being a Trustee, with a very heavy heart, due to his recent promotion to Divisional Head of Operations – Medicine within Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital. We wish him all the best in his new role.
He is still going to be very much part of the team though as he is to become our Clinical Liaison – ensuring that we still deliver the excellent service we provide at our FREE heart screening days through our partnership with Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital.
