Sophie Hedgecoe becomes an official part of the VSF team as an Ambassador
The trustees are extremely happy to announce that Sophie Hedgecoe has kindly accepted our invitation to be an Ambassador of Vital Signs Foundation (VSF).
Sophie has been working extremely hard over the last couple of years raising awareness and funds through her association with Upton Cricket Club.
Due to a family history of Cardiomyopathy, Sophie has been fortunate to receive regular heart screening at the Liverpool Heart & Chest Hospital. She has joined the VSF team to help support fundraisers and promote the advantages of screening with other young people, in the hope that they too can benefit from the process and the number of unnecessary deaths from sudden cardiac arrest can be reduced.
After 8 years of working in London, Sophie returned to Cheshire in 2014 to set up Hedge & Co, providing marketing and business development services to companies in the North West.
We are very excited to have Sophie on board and wish her well in her new role with us – here’s to a long and happy relationship!
