On Saturday 25th June Matthew Kelly travelled almost 500 miles to attend the Chris Tansey memorial screening!
Former Crosby resident Matthew Kelly drove almost 500 miles from Glasgow to attend our screening at the Crosby Lakeside Marina!
Matthew said he felt the journey down to attend the screening was incredibly important to him and it also gave him the opportunity to say hello to his family and friends.
Chris’ screening proved to be normal and he returned back up the road to Scotland a happy and contented young man. However, his girlfriend did not feel the same way as she travelled all the way with him for company!
As the Proclaimers once sang and as Matthew stated, he would walk/drive 500 more if it gave him the reassurance again that Saturdays screening gave him!
