A very successful day - 75 people screened and 3 people referred for further tests due to issues found
On Saturday 12th November 2016 we held our third FREE heart screening day at Goodison Park, home of Everton FC – and yet again it was a huge success.
Mike Salla from Everton in the Community and all his team did a great job of hosting us again – they’re a great bunch of guys! The event was funded by Medicash, who have generously committed to funding heart screening days at Goodison Park for the next 3 years – what a great difference it is going to make to the community of Everton.
We screened 75 people on the day and came across three people who needed to be referred to hospital for further tests – one of them had a serious issue.
