The Everton FC Community Hub heart screening, sponsored by Medicash, is on Saturday 14th October 2017
The Vital Signs Foundation (VSF) are delivering another FREE Heart Screening for young people aged 15-35 in partnership with Everton in the Community at the Everton FC Community Hub on Saturday 14th October 2017. Our FREE heart screening is specifically for young people aged between 15 and 35.
This screening has been funded by Medicash who have very generously sponsored heart screenings by VSF at Everton in the Community for 3 years.
Please only book a place if you are certain you will attend – it costs us as a charity £4000 to put on each of our screening days so it is important that we screen as many people on the day as we can. Be mindful that if you book a place and then don’t turn up you may have deprived somebody with an issue the chance to be screened.
